Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition Minister in subsection 2(1) of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act ^{footnote a},

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2018-1201 of September 25, 2018 ^{footnote b}; and
• (b) designates the Minister of Democratic Institutions, who is a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada and is not a member of the Treasury Board, as the Minister for the purposes of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act ^{footnote a}.
