Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 11 ^{footnote a} of the Ministries and Ministers of State Act ^{footnote b}, assigns the Honourable Helena Jaczek, Minister of State (Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario) to be styled Minister responsible for the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario, to assist the Minister of Industry in the carrying out of that Minister’s responsibilities.
