Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 11 ^{footnote a} of the Ministries and Ministers of State Act ^{footnote b}, assigns the Honourable Gudrid Ida Hutchings, Minister of State (Rural Economic Development) to be styled Minister of Rural Economic Development, to assist the Minister of Industry in the carrying out of that Minister’s responsibilities.
