Order Designating the Minister of Industry as the Minister for the Purposes of the Civil Lunar Gateway Agreement Implementation Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 5 of the Civil Lunar Gateway Agreement Implementation Act^{footnote a}, designates the Minister of Industry, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act, effective October 26, 2022.
